We couldn’t be happier with the work Gator Roofing did on our home! They removed our old roof, made the necessary repairs, and installed a beautiful sheet metal roof. They also added a really nice trim around all the different spaces of our home, and the finished look is absolutely fabulous! Not only does our house look so much better, but we have noticed a huge difference inside as well. Our home stays cooler, and we no longer have the condensation problem we were having on the inside of the roof. The roofing crew also did an amazing job cleaning up afterward. They were very thorough and left everything looking neat and clean, which we really appreciated after such a big project. Gator Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish, and we are so pleased with the quality, appearance, and workmanship. Right from the start, gator metal roofing sales pitch was phenomenal. The follow-up right through to the installation was much quicker than we had anticipated. The installation happened in under a day and we are extremely satisfied. I will never have to climb on a roof and run tar over shingles again. Although we were requesting a roof on a 40 year old mobile home we were treated just like the much larger fancier houses would have been.

From sales to installation it was a seamless process.  Within 2 weeks of the initial visit was installed professionally and done. Very impressed with how quickly the roof was ordered, placed, and completed. Also very happy with the price; way less than expected for a metal roof. Only issue we had was the communication could have been a little better. We were notified only a couple of hours before the whole crew arrived to start installation. They installed in a little over 1/2 a day and from all appearances it looks like a correctly installed roof. They did an excellent clean up when they were finished. Financing is awesome this company and roof is adorable it's installed quickly seen how another local metal roofing company or 2 will do id suggest go to these guys after looking at roofs by other companies I worried about rusting losing color or a piece of roof not matching the rest of it. Prior to installation, we experienced leaks with every heavy downpour. This has not happened once since! Gator installed the roof on a weekend we happened to be away, and other than the roof itself, there was no sign that they had even been there. All materials and trash had been hauled away. We saw several Facebook ads from Gator Metal Roofing pretty consistently and decided to try to get an estimate. When James came to our home, he  was quite a gentleman throughout the whole process. We didn’t feel pushed or pressured to make a decision on purchasing our new roof. When we got the estimate, we went with it because we needed the new roof AND the lifetime transferable warranty that came with it was a huge plus. Last, the 3 men that came to install our new roof were just excellent! They cleaned up everything so tediously that you’d never know they were here! They did exactly what was in the quote with no change orders. We requested that the old roof to be torn off so that new roof would be properly installed (Installing over old roof would not reveal possible issues) . Roofing crew of four (4) was very professional. They tore off the old roof , fixed areas that required to be repaired. They made sure all old nails that landed in yard where located and removed. Very personable, relatable, answered the many questions my wife had. The interaction was not pressured. They were here with materials and such within the week. They will not fix leak and roof now I have damage inside my daughter's room Water going down the inside of the paneling wall and seeping into my floors, which now result in rot in soft spots and mold have had another contractor from a different roofing company. Come look at the damage. And in fact, it is coming from the ridgecap and water is seeping into my house. I also have video and pictures of them taking the ridgecap off, and this flimsy little piece of foam in there. There was degree from trees and wind blown rain getting in. Can I get anyone to call me back in this matter? They don't want to have anything to do with me, won't return my phone calls.And like I said, I have a statement from another roofing company, saying that this is from the roof et cetera et cetera
