My roof was installed yesterday. From Kevin, the salesman, to the installation, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Materials were delivered and roof was installed in one day. I am very happy with the roof and the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone.

We’re very proud of a job well done. Starting with the Representative that came out to explain everything to us and to show us his products, Rep was very courteous, very pleasant and professional as well. Installation of the metal roof was very professionally done and we’re very pleased. We would gladly recommend Gator Roofing to anyone.

So first off, the sales person was VERY nice…no shade to him and I wish him the most success in life.

So I am a retired renovations contractor (I’m not a tradesman but I do understand pricing, product and processes). We had a salesman come to the house. He said I’ll measure your house and I’m trained to do it without climbing on the roof…ok. Maybe he has a satalite report just like I had (by the way, as a homeowner you can and should order a measurement of your roof online….its like $10-$20). He comes into the house and gives the sales pitch about company history and the product. I ask him how many square did he get on the roof….he said 19 (I was kinda floored because my report said 11, with 15% waste it should be 13). He asked me what I expected the price to be, I said let’s see what you have and he wrote on a pocket notepad $25k!!! (For a 26 gauge exposed fastener galvalume with regular synthetic felt). I told him we was so far apart I would just thank him for coming. He said let me make a call, then he writes down $16k, a $9k difference!!! Like they were just throwing darts trying to see what I could afford to pay. And to be honest I was expecting a proper bid emailed me two days later with a price and material schedule. For reference, on the high end a metal roof of that quality tops at $800-$900 a square so less than $11k. My question is are they just selling in the product and subbing it to third party contractors? I’m honestly curious. 🫤

I would recommend this company to anyone in the future.
It wasn’t the smoothest process, but the company completed the job in a timely manner and held true to their commitment and contract.

Amazing customer service. The salesperson really went over and beyond to help us get our roof done at a price we could comfortably afford. The roof was done in a few short weeks and only took two days once the metal was delivered. We love our roof and feel protected knowing we will never have to pay for another roof on this property again. It’s beautiful, affordable and they stand behind the product they deliver. We highly recommend them to everyone and anyone searching for a metal roof for their home.

So I got a metal roof back in July. I ideally wanted to see how well it worked before leaving a review. I have to say, I am impressed. Having a house built in 1952, I have plaster walls which those who have it know that in the summer, it holds SO MUCH HEAT. During the very hot days, (feels like 95 and above) the house would be anywhere from 75-84 inside. The AC is working hard and keeping the temp it should BUT not hard enough. The last few extremely hot days, it has not gotten over 73. And when not it's is at the temp it is set which is awesome.
Also, they mentioned my bill would be less over the next year. Funny thing is, I see it already. JUST one month, my light bill has gone DOWN from $122.00. So I know by all of this that the roof is working.
I am eager to finish working on the house and the roof helps with our motivation to complete all of our projects. The salesman was VERY informative and honest. He did not sugar coat anything which is very helpful and something I look for in a business transaction. We will pay this off more than HALF the time of a mortgage which is something we are happy about.
I can't saw enough about how happy we are with the roof. I would recommend it if you want lower bills, cooler home, not wanting to take out another mortgage and it has lifetime warranty which will look great when you sell your house.

Gator Roofing provided us the best bang for the **** for our Garage roof project. They did exactly what was in the quote with no change orders. We requested that the old roof to be torn off so that new roof would be properly installed (Installing over old roof would not reveal possible issues) . Roofing crew of four (4) was very professional. They tore off the old roof , fixed areas that required to be repaired. They made sure all old nails that landed in yard where located and removed. Installed the new Red Roof in two days (due to rain and heat). We would definitely recommend for your next roof project!

I had Gator Metal Roofs put a new roof on my house. They did an awesome job. It only took one day. I love how the rain runs off the roof. It didnt run off the roof like that with the old shingle roof. It also has helped lower my light bill.

We called to have them come out to access for a new roof. They were here quickly. Very personable, relatable, answered the many questions my wife had. The interaction was not pressured. They were here with materials and such within the week. The installation was done beautifully and the clean up was even better than when you showed up. Immaculate installation and clean up.

They do not honor their warranty. They will not fix leak and roof now I have damage inside my daughter's room Water going down the inside of the paneling wall and seeping into my floors, which now result in rot in soft spots and mold have had another contractor from a different roofing company. Come look at the damage. And in fact, it is coming from the ridgecap and water is seeping into my house. I also have video and pictures of them taking the ridgecap off, and this flimsy little piece of foam in there. There was degree from trees and wind blown rain getting in. Can I get anyone to call me back in this matter? They don't want to have anything to do with me, won't return my phone calls. And like I said, I have a statement from another roofing company, saying that this is from the roof et cetera et cetera
