Deann Espinoza51 days agoWe couldn’t be happier with the work Gator Roofing did on our home! They removed our old roof, made the necessary repairs, and installed a beautiful sheet metal roof. They also added a really nice trim around all the different spaces of our home, and the finished look is absolutely fabulous! Not only does our house look so much better, but we have noticed a huge difference inside as well. Our home stays cooler, and we no longer have the condensation problem we were having on the inside of the roof. The roofing crew also did an amazing job cleaning up afterward. They were very thorough and left everything looking neat and clean, which we really appreciated after such a big project. Gator Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish, and we are so pleased with the quality, appearance, and workmanship. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roofing repairs+7

Smye86127 days agoRight from the start, gator metal roofing sales pitch was phenomenal. The follow-up right through to the installation was much quicker than we had anticipated. The installation happened in under a day and we are extremely satisfied. I will never have to climb on a roof and run tar over shingles again. Although we were requesting a roof on a 40 year old mobile home we were treated just like the much larger fancier houses would have been.+0

Mshigh1326 days agoSo I got a metal roof back in July. I ideally wanted to see how well it worked before leaving a review. I have to say, I am impressed. Having a house built in 1952, I have plaster walls which those who have it know that in the summer, it holds SO MUCH HEAT. During the very hot days, (feels like 95 and above) the house would be anywhere from 75-84 inside. The AC is working hard and keeping the temp it should BUT not hard enough. The last few extremely hot days, it has not gotten over 73. And when not it's is at the temp it is set which is awesome. Also, they mentioned my bill would be less over the next year. Funny thing is, I see it already. JUST one month, my light bill has gone DOWN from $122.00. So I know by all of this that the roof is working. I am eager to finish working on the house and the roof helps with our motivation to complete all of our projects. The salesman was VERY informative and honest. He did not sugar coat anything which is very helpful and something I look for in a business transaction. We will pay this off more than HALF the time of a mortgage which is something we are happy about. I can't saw enough about how happy we are with the roof. I would recommend it if you want lower bills, cooler home, not wanting to take out another mortgage and it has lifetime warranty which will look great when you sell your house.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

They did exactly what was in the quote with no change orders. We requested that the old roof to be torn off so that new roof would be properly installed (Installing over old roof would not reveal possible issues) . Roofing crew of four (4) was very professional. They tore off the old roof , fixed areas that required to be repaired. They made sure all old nails that landed in yard where located and removed. Installed the new Red Roof in two days (due to rain and heat). We would definitely recommend for your next roof project!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is BBB.

Brenda w164 days agoThey do not honor their warranty. They will not fix leak and roof now I have damage inside my daughter's room Water going down the inside of the paneling wall and seeping into my floors, which now result in rot in soft spots and mold have had another contractor from a different roofing company. Come look at the damage. And in fact, it is coming from the ridgecap and water is seeping into my house. I also have video and pictures of them taking the ridgecap off, and this flimsy little piece of foam in there. There was degree from trees and wind blown rain getting in. Can I get anyone to call me back in this matter? They don't want to have anything to do with me, won't return my phone calls. And like I said, I have a statement from another roofing company, saying that this is from the roof et cetera et ceteraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is BBB.Tracey L175 days agoWe had our storage shed roof and pump house roof done by Gator metal roofing.
